Scam Alert
Do not rent here. The owner Marjorie Bridge is a scam artist. She will take your security deposit up front and find a reason not to reimburse it. We rented for 6 months and paid her an extra $5O a month for hydro. She stood beside my husband and watched him put a small hole in an outbuilding, just big enough to put an extension cord through. Now she has the nerve to not give us back our $750 security ... more deposit because we caused damage and said she has to hire a contractor to fill the hole. My husband is a contractor and offered to fill the hole himself and her answer to that is "no, I do not allow former tenants back on the property".
