You will be camping in a working commercial citrus ranch just off a county road. Our private RV camp site is beside our home and shop. It has a gravel pad and several parking configurations. ... moreThe property is fenced and well maintained. There is water from a hose and a dump site, but not full hook ups. The home has a shady front porch and lawn and area, but does not include access to the shop, home or pool area. The site is 35 miles from Sequoia National Park with wonderful views of the mountains. Exeter is a great small town to tour for a day. Small RV's, Trailers and Class C's are an easy fit. We have parked a 38' Class A (with a trailer on) here with caution. Tall and long rigs may need a spotter. Call for specifics. We look forward to meeting you!

In addition to historic sites, numerous of Missouri's finest wineries and orchards are nearby. You may also want to take a drive or ride on the Old Trails Scenic Byway, Route 24 for a car or motorcycle tour that will reset your pace from city life.

It is a VERY curvy, one way private road for about 1/2 mile (hill portions are paved). This is not good for long RVs. Small Campers and Vans only at this time till I can get pictures so you know what you're dealing with.
