This level, paved site is in a residential neighborhood just north of Beach road 30-A off Hwy 393 in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. There are water and electric hookups but NO SEPTIC. I kept a 23' travel trailer here but there was room for up to about 40'. The site starts to slope down the drive at about 21' so the front would have to leveled a bit. It is a short bike ride or 10 min. walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I am in the Florida State Parks Volunteer system and have resided and volunteered at Topsail State Park. Both Topsail and Grayton Beach State Parks are a 5 min. drive up the road. The site is available for a week or less at a time but I will consider longer depending on the circumstances. The backup is straight going up a slight incline to the level spot. Free Wifi. Pets are ok but must be leashed and cleaned up after. $28.00 per day or $175.00 for a week. Cash/ Venmo/ Paypal.
