Situated on well over 20 acres of woodsy, hilly, unrestricted land, each of us will be piled high at approximately one half acre apart (you choose your spot). LOL! There is no electric, no water or sewer...yet! The $25.00 per week are maintenance dues and should be received no later than Saturday 12 pm, in the form of check or cash. You will be responsible for your own site and accommodations. Pets are welcome (so long as they are friendly). A Criminal Background Check IS REQUIRED-NO EXCEPTIONS, at your expense and two months of maintenance dues are required upon approval. If approved, you will receive an invitation to join us via email or postal mail...which ever you prefer.

Vandels and Theives from the city have destroyed my hard built infrastructure in the last three months of the lockdown. 200 labor hours are required to get the 10K gallon water tanks and solar repaired, wells pumping, grass and bushes cut and gate and fence replaced. This veteran will not tolarate communists and liberal politicians. I love Veterans, Police Retirees, Business Owners, Republicans, Christians and responsibility. This green cool property has had cougers and bears, elk and deer, racoons, possums, eagals, hawks, owls, ducks, geese and other critters visit on a regular basis. The ground is alive with crawly things. I protect it all. No outside poisen. No killing the field mice, snakes, frogs and other crawling animals. There is a mouse with a long nose underground that eats crawly things. They are cute. You must appreciate nature to enjoy this spot. Gas, Food and Restuarant are 5 -15 minutes away. The towns are Scotia, Rio Dell, Ferndale and Fortuna. I am planning on traveling to California and Humboldt County when the authorities allow me to be on my high tax property. Our place is within an hour drive to Orlando and 20 min to The Villages.

We are located within minutes to numerous lakes (the biggest one being Lake Griffin) for kayaking and other water activities. Lake Griffin State Park is a mile down the road from us and they also have a bunch of things to do like boat tours, playground, fishing, nature trails. They also offer rentals for kayaks/canoes.
