You will have exclusive use of the right side of the double front driveway, which is just off of loop 12 on the corner of a residential road. It's approximately 35ft from house to sidewalk. Do not park all the way up to the garage because I will need to open it occasionally. There is a tree nearby for shade.This an urban location and not secluded, however it beats Walmart parking, and you'll have access to water spigot, 110v / 15amp electricity (extension cord), and 50 mbps wifi. You will have 24 hour access and little interaction with me. You must not be conspicuously living in your RV; no awnings, lawn chairs, loud music, walking around in PJ's while brushing teeth etc. Small children are not advised due to the lack of fences from the road. If you bring pets please pick up after them. Trash may be placed at the curb for city collection on Sunday only.
