We have a 3+ acre property in a rural neighborhood that has a 30 amp hookup beside our driveway. It sits toward the front of our property so it is a bit private. There is also a fully furnished guesthouse available that sleeps 4 with internet. We live in the main home and have 4 kids and a German Shepherd. Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly with our dog and kids. If you have children, they are welcome to run and play, and just be kids! We have a septic system that could be dumped into via "blue boy" if needed.
About us: We are Derek & Stephanie. We were fulltime RVers for 3.5 years with our kids and dogs. We loved life on the road but decided to take a break and settle into a house again. We know the challenges that can arise when you're on the road and need somewhere to park for a while, especially with pets and kids.
