Less than a mile from a public access point on Lake of the Woods, Minnesota, enjoy a stay in your own private campground. This 2.5 acres of raw land is close to town while being tucked into a quiet country neighborhood. We are just a few miles from the city dump station, so if you have to empty your black tank or refill your fresh water storage, you won't have to go far.
As raw land, there are no amenities: no wifi, electricity, water, or sewage dump. There is a fire pit and a deck to park your rig or set your tent up next to.
While we are planning on extending our driveway, bringing in electricity, and drilling a well, those just haven't happened yet. My husband and I live out of our own RV full-time, and bought the land in the spring of 2019 to eventually homestead on. As we still travel over six months of the year, we thought we could help fellow RVers out by giving an option to the overcrowded city RV park at the point.
