Welcome!! I have a large level driveway next to my house with water and 110v or 30A RV plug hook up (can use a 50 to 30 adapter) Space will accomodate 40'plus lenght rvs with slides. If your backing skills are good you may also park in grass area out in yard. If out in yard you would have 110v electric service only, no water but could fill up in driveway first. You will have a secluded fire pit to use and 2 large ponds closeby. I am right off interstate in small town with breakfast nook and winery within walking distance. If you are looking at my house, you may pull in or back in (preferred due to safer exit onto main road) You may back along side house and find water hookup near air conditoining unit and power on back deck railing. As my schedule allows i am also available to service or repair to your unit to help save you money from big shops and downtime. I run and air bnb on the property and although new here, i have 112 5 star reviews there. Enjoy the chickens and ducks on the property. i rent kayaks as well.
