Direct access to Moses Lake from our property, down a gently sloped switchback. ~140’ of shoreline with lots of space to hang out down by water. Launch your boat / PWC ~4 miles away (Airman Park) and dock at our site (20' dock installed late May 2022). Rent PWC's from local company (also can rent ORV’s). Onsite parking for one vehicle & boat/PWC trailer. Walk or bike around country area and roads.

15 minutes from Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, and town (Moses Lake or Ephrata). 2 hours to Leavenworth, 1:45 to Spokane and Tri-Cities

We have a 1 acre piece of property in Florida near Keaton Beach. We bought it to have a place to spend the winter in our RV. We love the quietness of this area, and going to the beach ... moreor boat ramp that is less than 10 min away. It's 20 min from the town of Perry or the beautiful river town of Steinhatchee. This area gives an old Florida feel which we love! . We have installed 3 more full hookup sites that we are offering. Each site has plenty of room for you RV (35' or less) and a car. Possible boat parking as well. Each site also has a picnic table. We do have a fish cleaning station and a Wash House (laundry) as well. This area is hopping with boats and scallopers and in the months of June- September. And is serene and quiet during the other months. Great place to come for the Winter to get away from the cold. We also have a great gathering area with a fire pit for evening get-togethers. We just bought this property and originally created these sites for out adult children and grandkids and we thought we would offer them to others when they are not here.

The Kern River Valley has many activities for outdoor enthusits (hike,bike, raft, fish, ATV, boating, wind surfing) and artists (wonderful artist community). In exchange for the free space, we ask for someone to watch over the porperty to keep trespassers out, call us if there is an irrigation line leak and possibly assist in repair, collect eggs from out chickens (you are welcome to eat as many eggs as you like), help out with any light projects we would like to complete like plant fruit trees and set up automatic irrigation, help spred wood chips, weed clearing, etc. The daily work commitment would be limited to collecting eggs and maybe a few hours a month helping with a project. The rest of the time would be yours to explore/live/work as you like. Ideally, we would love someone with some permaculture experience and would like to garden but it isn't necessary. Pets and kids are welcome. We spend 4-15 days a month here but would like someone on the property full time.
