This site is on 13 acres. It has a stocked one acre lake. C & R fishing, 2 rod/reels, tackle box, bait, with a dock, aluminum boat with paddles, anchor and life vests/seat cushions are AVAILABLE. Also AVAILABLE are two large foam water floats for lounging in the lake. There's a small pond too!
