We have several large 1/4 acre lots available!
The lot rent is $400 per month. Each lot has its own septic system and electric meter. You will be responsible for your own electric service. We have one community water meter which we receive the bill for and then we divide the bill up equally between each occupied lot (the bill is typically around $25-35 per month). We do require a security deposit equal to one months rent. In order to be approved you will need to fill out an application. Our requirements are, you must have a clean background, a credit score of 600+, and make over 2.5 times the rent in verifiable income. Pets are allowed, but we are breed restrictive.
