Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood only 10 minutes from I-15 in the southern end of the Salt Lake Valley. With an extra wide RV pad and very wide streets it makes backing in very ... moreeasy. There is a 15 amp outlet and water available. Our trees and house provide a shady area for most of the day. There is a gas station with an RV dump site and propane refilling less than two miles away. Our pad can accommodate up to a 32 foot rig with slide outs on only one side.
Please note: Absolutely no smoking. We ask you to be respectful of quiet time from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We have a two week maximum stay. Upon your arrival we do have a simple rental agreement for you to sign. We'll text you a picture of the signed agreement. Payment is due upon arrival. We accept cash, Venmo and Cash App.
You'll be close to lots of shopping (think stores like Scheels, Cabellas, outlets, etc.), walking/biking trails along the Jordan River Parkway, and unique places to visit, like the world's largest open pit copper mine, historic Temple Square or the gardens at Thanksgiving Point. Over the years we've hosted musicians, artists, and writers who come here to have a tranquil setting. Those folks always loved our property and encouraged us to share our beautiful farm and its amenities with others.
We live in a great small town, in coastal GA, on a lovely 75 acre farm (You cannot see a neighbor for 1/4 mile) with woods, pond with dock, historic cabin, walking trails, peace & quiet, wildlife, very close proximity trail bicycling, excellent road bicycling (our town hosts one of the largest best bike events in the southeast.) We have a mild winter climate with most winter days breezy but sunny. Spring and fall are sublime. August is just dang hot except in deep shade.
We're 13 miles off I-16.
20 minutes from Statesboro, Ga.
1 hour from Savannah.
1.5 hours to Hilton Head, SC.
1 hour to The Golden Isles (Jekyll, St. Simons, Sea Islands).
6-8 minutes to the nearest large grocery store.
We're 1/4 mile on a hard-packed, well-maintained county dirt road. (We pull our 5th wheeler RV on the road a great deal.)
We can accommodate very large rigs also with plenty of space to turn, maneuver, and park extra vehicles.
Woodland Vibe is a 50, amp, full hookup, back in spot with plenty of space for backing. It will accommodate up to a 65 foot RV and rig with slides.
Bliss Water View is a pull-through. It's 30 or 50 amp, water, sewer. Works well for RV rigs up to 34 feet with slides. The site is by itself and 150 yards from Wood Vibe.
Although we live on the property, we like to maintain our privacy as well as give you plenty of privacy too. Our house is tucked on one side of the farm out of the way.
No nudists.
This is a wooded area with a pond and dock. Dock has some high places. You must watch your young children.
Well-behaved pets welcome on a leash.
Tiny homes are welcome too!

Sip a cup of coffee watching the sunrise ... moreand enjoy our picture perfect sunsets. Nearby there is Agua Dulce Winery and across the street is Vasquez County Park. There are 2 bars and 4 resturants (Home Made for the best breakfasts, Maria Bonita Mexican, Big Mouth Pizza, Sweet Water Grill) in town plus a locally well known French restaurant (Le Chene). Shambala Preserve (run by Tippi Hendren with lots of lions and tigers and elephants) is nearby, Animal Tracts Animals is down the street. We are also home to a few dog rescues, donkey rescues and horse rescues. If you want to venture back into a city Costco is 15 minutes away, Starbucks & Vons are 12 minutes and high riding Magic Mountain @ 1/2 an hour, famous Venice beach under an hour. A serene monasty St Andrews Abby is only 45 minutes from us which has a 1954 rock built smal church with services at noon every day in a lush green valley. Any which way you turn there is something special. The local coyotes trot through periodically and you can enjoy their sing song howls many a night.

This veteran will not tolarate communists and liberal politicians. I love Veterans, Police Retirees, Business Owners, Republicans, Christians and responsibility. This green cool property has had cougers and bears, elk and deer, racoons, possums, eagals, hawks, owls, ducks, geese and other critters visit on a regular basis. The ground is alive with crawly things. I protect it all. No outside poisen. No killing the field mice, snakes, frogs and other crawling animals. There is a mouse with a long nose underground that eats crawly things. They are cute. You must appreciate nature to enjoy this spot. Gas, Food and Restuarant are 5 -15 minutes away. The towns are Scotia, Rio Dell, Ferndale and Fortuna. I am planning on traveling to California and Humboldt County when the authorities allow me to be on my high tax property.
