We are excited to offer our unused outside RV space for rent to help others in need of a parking space for recreational vehicles. The empty RV space is for rent from $500 to $1,000 per month depending on the size of the recreational vehicle. The space is located on the side of our home and is separated with its own gate. It is easily accessible from the sidewalk & street. The lot size is 24 inches wide and 72 inches long, any recreational vehicle meeting those specifications can be driven into the space and locked within the gate for safe storage. The space has its own gate & lock, half paved & half grass. The renter will be given a key for private access into the gated area; we just ask that you respect the privacy of the homeowner and keep the noise level to a minimum. This space is perfect for RV storage or any other recreational vehicle that fits. The homeowner has gated access but will not enter the area without permission from the renter. The area is in a quiet neighborhood on the side of our house. We are flexible with the pricing of the rental agreement and just want to help good people.
