Enjoy parking your RV with electric and water hookups on our beautiful 5 acre property. Enjoy the beautiful Zen garden or have a bonfire in the 7 foot bonfire pit. There also is a ... morefarm experience on the site with goats on our adjacent property and horses on another adjacent property. We have a flat concrete pad to park on with water and electric right at the pad site. There is only one pad so you will be the only person there. Very private and quiet.
Rules of the sight:
1: Quiet time by 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. You may still use RV and electric and water past those times just not be on the property grounds.
2: Gate must be shut at all times.
3: Use of the pool is off-limits.
4: There are areas of the property that will be marked off-limits.
5: No fireworks or fire arms or weapons of any kind allowed.
6: No feeding animals.

The driveway ends into a gorgeous green meadow and this is where you can park your self contained RV. Do not park on the grass please, stay on the gravel. At this point the land has NO HOOKUPS, so this means NO SEWER, NO ELECTRIC, NO WATER, NO WIFI. YOU MUST PACK UP ANY TRASH YOU BRING INTO THE SITE.
If you have a self contained RV then this is the place for you. You will have the entire 7 acres to yourself as I only will offer this site to one person/group. I do this because I care deeply about you having a good time connecting with nature.

It's a perfect place to play in dirt, mountain bike, lay in a hammock, hike, look for cool rocks and arrowheads and be creative outdoors. The breeze is nice on a warm day and crisp on a cold day. The sky out on this land is so huge that it might remind you of some areas in Montana. The sky is wide open and perfect for gazing at the clouds, stars, comets, and galaxies. On a nice clear day, the San Francisco Peaks are beautiful in the distance.
The name of our property ties into my upbringing as an ice hockey player, with some hockey camps and tournaments just west on the 40 to Flagstaff. One of my favorite hockey players was Wayne Gretzky, known as The Great One. He wore # 99, which is the number of the highway we are near. Hence, GreatSky CampRanch!
It's a perfect location to get out and relax and is just eight short minutes to the quaint town of Winslow, Arizona. We hope you enjoy some chill time!
