$60 a night one night minimum. Check in is at 12 noon, check out time is 12 noon. No party's or loud events.

Our park is close to town, and we are also practically right next door to chatfield state park and other outdoor attractions. These locations include downtown Littleton and minutes away from Red Rock Canyon open space to go hiking.
Site includes 30 AMP, 50 AMP, Free reliable Wi-Fi on site and access to water via a hose. Located in the heart of town, you will find many local shops as well as larger grocery chains within a short drive or leisurely walk.
Rates subject to availability and can change without notice. All reservations are subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit to be taken by staff of the spot with the excpetion of monthly reservations. Monthly reservations are not subject to any refunds for early check outs. Please note your reservation is not guaranteed until you call our office.
