Cancellation Policy:
There is a $25 reservation cancellation fee for all RV site and cabin reservations. To avoid further penalty adn to have your deposit returned, we require cancellation to occur 15 or more days prior to cabin reservations and 8 or more days prior to RV or tent camping reservations.

Located along Lake Tiny Town, our RV sites are back-in sites that have a gravel parking area. Each site has water, sewer, and 20, 30, & 50-amp electric. There is room for one truck with a trailer or two passenger vehicles at your RV site. If you have extra vehicles, please park them in the parking area at the office or pavilion. Vehicles are prohibited from parking in the grass and must stay on the gravel parking pads. Side-by-sides, UTVs, 4-wheelers, motorcycles, and golf cards are welcome, but must abide by the same rules as all other vehicles and are prohibited from being in the grass.
Tiny House Adventures Resort is pet friendly, however while outside your RV we request that you keep your pet on a leash and clean up after them. No one wants to step in doggie poo!

We have a relaxing creek that runs through one side of the park, and on the other side is a trail with easy access from our park. You will enjoy wildlife while relaxing at your site, from deer, ducks, and beavers on our Creekside or the view of Pikes Peak if on Trailside. Sites include 30 AMP, 50 AMP, FHU sites. Free reliable Wi-Fi on site as well as clean showers, and coin laundry for your convenience. Located in the heart of town, you will find many local shops as well as larger grocery chains within a short drive or leisurely walk.
Rates subject to availability and can change without notice. All reservations are subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit to be taken by Pikes Peak RV Park with the excpetion of monthly reservations.
