We have a 1 acre piece of property in Florida near Keaton Beach. We bought it to have a place to spend the winter in our RV. We love the quietness of this area, and going to the beach or boat ramp that is less than 10 min away. It's 20 min from the town of Perry or the beautiful river town of Steinhatchee. This area gives an old Florida feel which we love! . We have installed 3 more full hookup sites that we are offering. Each site has plenty of room for you RV (35' or less) and a car. Possible boat parking as well. Each site also has a picnic table. We do have a fish cleaning station and a Wash House (laundry) as well. This area is hopping with boats and scallopers and in the months of June- September. And is serene and quiet during the other months. Great place to come for the Winter to get away from the cold. We also have a great gathering area with a fire pit for evening get-togethers. We just bought this property and originally created these sites for out adult children and grandkids and we thought we would offer them to others when they are not here.
