We have a 3+ acre property in a rural neighborhood that has a 30 amp hookup beside our driveway. It sits toward the front of our property so it is a bit private. There is also a fully ... morefurnished guesthouse available that sleeps 4 with internet. We live in the main home and have 4 kids and a German Shepherd. Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly with our dog and kids. If you have children, they are welcome to run and play, and just be kids! We have a septic system that could be dumped into via "blue boy" if needed.
About us: We are Derek & Stephanie. We were fulltime RVers for 3.5 years with our kids and dogs. We loved life on the road but decided to take a break and settle into a house again. We know the challenges that can arise when you're on the road and need somewhere to park for a while, especially with pets and kids.

Site Options:
Site #1: Grass parking spot next to a spacious field. 20/30/50amp electric, water, and sewer. 45+ foot length. We recommend this site for shorter term stays because it is our most accessible site for large rigs and is offers the best view on the property.
Site #2: Grass parking spot tucked away in a quiet secluded corner of the property. 20/30/50amp electric, water, and sewer. It has the largest area next to the RV for you to expand your outdoor living space. Will fit vehicles of 45+ foot length. We recommend this site for longer stays. For large rigs, it is more difficult to maneuver into than our other sites, but it is still quite accessible.
Site #3: Parking on a concrete driveway under large shade trees. 20/30/50amp electric and water. Ideal if you desire a shaded area. Will fit 45+' length without problems, but if your rig is longer than 35', we reccomend one of our other site options.

Asking $650 a month, includes electricity and water. We do not have trash pick up in our area so you are asked to take your own trash to the dump just down the road. No sewer hook-ups so composting toilets are a must. At the moment we do not have internet, however Verizon works well out here. Small dogs weighing 30lb or less welcome only if they are not constantly barking. They will need to be leashed when outside. We currently have a full-time resident living in our RV who has a large dog so we want to limit the amount of animals on the property.
